I haven't looked into the businesses you have mentioned. Thus I cannot comment on them.
One positive that I liked about NCL though was, increase in promoter holding at current levels. If promoters show confidence about the business and things look set for near future, it's good enough for me to take a position.

Why shouldn't we buy other cement companies like Sagar or Mangalam Cement as they look to be cheaper than NCl with more capacities and higher realizations ?

Some positive news on Biocon - lets see how this pans out next few weeks. The consolidation with a slight upward bias in L&T finance and DHFL is inspiring confidence. Lupin now seems to head to 2400 before another consolidation happens.

NIM is function of leverage as well. I will look at RoA for judging the quality of business.
That's a positive for early buyers like us. Such reports help company visibility to the market. Expect the average volumes to increase gradually
