The market cheered the deal, with RCOM’s stock surging nearly 8% intra-day before ending 6.2% higher at Rs 79.90 on the BSE, outpacing a negative broader market.
Brigade Enterprises net profits increased by 102% to Rs. 41 crores for the second quarter of the current fiscal as compared to the same period last year.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 390.79 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, Piramal Enterprises said in a regulatory filing.
