Thank you @ChotuKatappa for sharing the document. In fact, I read this document before I post this question here – what was not very clear is what is “investment advisory services” in SEBI terms. Posting your portfolio public will be considered an advisory service? Only if you ask for the subscription money will it be considered an advisory service. These things were not very clear to me.
If you think only posting portfolios public then all portfolio users in valuepickr forum come under this SEBI irregularity
I also wrote a clarification mail to SEBI last week, awaiting for their response.
