Sir, with due respect, now will I be judged on the quality of the answers or on the basis of how many posts I have posted on this forum. 
With utmost respect, in the first place you did not add any value and gave random gyaan basis hearsay. At the very least, please refer to the legal regulation on which you base your answer on. Dont answer like an instagrammer or a youtuber.
