At the Sebi board meeting, chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch declined to comment on its investigation into the Hindenburg Research report on the Adani Group. “We never comment on entity-specific matters and on top of that the matter is before the Supreme Court and we never comment on sub-judice matters,” Buch said at a press conference after the board meeting.
