Bengal: Bombs hurled as violence continues over nomination filing for panchayat polls
Violence continued in West Bengal’s South 24 Parganas district as several people were injured due to bomb hurled on day 4 of nomination filing. The ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) and the opposition Indian Secular Front (ISF) have accused each other for the violence. There were reports of violence from Bankura, Purba and Paschim Bardhaman, Birbhum and Murshidabad districts as well.
