Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra was expelled from the Lok Sabha on Friday after a discussion on the report of the Ethics Committee in the ‘cash for query’ that was tabled in the Lower House (Lok Sabha). The Ethics Committee of the Lok Sabha had recommended Moitra’s expulsion from the House over the “cash-for-query” allegation.
