Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh met with Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi. Singh stated that the Government of India is set to take important decisions in the interests of the people of Manipur. They discussed matters of paramount importance concerning the state. Singh also had a productive discussion with senior officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs on strategic measures for fostering peace in Manipur.
