Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader K Kavitha, previously in Enforcement Directorate custody for an alleged liquor scam, faces 14 days in jail as ordered by Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. ED sought the move, having interrogated her during remand. Kavitha, MLC from Telangana, was arrested on March 15th.
