Thinksoft global was purchased by SQS BFSI Germany which in turn was purchased by ASSSystems SA with name changed to Expleo. There are Rumours of promoters scouting for buyers, but there is no official info from the company on sale agenda.
Recently, Cigniti another Indian firm with similar lines of business was sold out to another MNC.
