Listed Microcap- Frog Cellsat- Opportunity (11-12-2023)
any thought on this stock? Posting my notes below of the recent concall where management has given a 4x revenue guidance by 2027. I know its their words vs reality but just thought of digging given such a bullish estimate . if management is able to achieve even 50% of what they saying, their forward P/E will be 7-8 at current price based . One concern is last year they missed their estimate and this year they have revised down their guidance.

Praj Industries (11-12-2023)
I agree with the views in the interview for Praj in particular. I think the direction of the govt is clear on bio-fuel. They want to move the industry towards 2g types of ethanol production. Considering Praj is not the producer of ethanol, it makes machineries and infrastructure for the production of ethanol, they will simply need to switch the ramping up of their 2g division in medium to long term (they already have this division in place). Having said that, this longer term move of govt may not be so good news for sugar companies. The moment the market realises this distinction between the sugar companies and companies like Praj, Gulshan poly etc., stock price will shoot up.

Max India – Demerger, Will sum of parts be greater than single entity (11-12-2023)
I was referring to the first three items which seem to be the core of the business. MedCare and Phygital platform seem to be distractions.
Having 5 different lines of business is what I consider as too many, considering where the company is currently. It would spread out management bandwidth considerably.
Rgd. MaxIndia’s business verticals, you can refer to the snippet from presentation:
Ujjivan Financial – Small Finance Bank (11-12-2023)
NCLT had directed the shareholders of both entities to vote on the merger. Now that the shareholders have approved the merger, NCLT should give its final approval. But we have to wait till the hearing. Hopefully it should end in one hearing.

Antara has senior living and care homes if I am not wrong. By Antara, which part of business you meant?
By Too many items, you are referring to which all businesses? Why I ask this is because of various things that happened with this group last few years, it is not clear to many what the listed Max India holds…so would be good if you elaborate more here…
