Thanks for sharing this. Quite interesting to note that public shareholding is 100% ! It definitely sounds to me as red flag, as promotors have no vested interest in the company. But can this have a counter view? Keen to know other side.

Solar pumps on the other hand, they is no capacity issue. Making motor and pump are not difficult either. It’s then only boils down to company focus

Contrary to certain media reports, the company has refuted the speculations of a stake sale by the promoter. Currently, the promoter entity of CAGrameen is CreditAccess India, which was an outcome of the vertical demerger at the parent company level.

Thanks for noting this scrip KDL, Bala. What’s interesting is that 98.04% of the ownership is in the hands of 23 shareholders, each owning between ~10 to 60L shares EACH, leaving only ~17L in the hands of the true “public”.
I’m not well informed to comment on the technicals, but overall, the info on this company seems very obscure.
Next steps – I’m trying to figure out the price at which the 23 shareholders will draw the line as to avoid excess attention. They can virtually stop this rally at any point by deciding to sell even a small part of their holdings.

It seems like a poor decision by the promoter. There have been 3-4 acquisitions, a venture into the insurance sector, the acquisition of GoAir in a personal capacity, and now a move into the completely unrelated and risky business of assembling electric buses. Despite these concerns, I am surprised to see the market react with a 10% increase.

Yes it’s going to have dream run in quarters ahead, the business update in Q1 is precursor of things to follow. Promoters equity dilultion they will increase too in die course.
In general I buy when I see 100 percent CAGR for many years and dont look at price. Stock price goes down by 30 percent most folks lose their conviction, I have held it when price was down by almost 60 percent, 100 bagger in making if they deliver what they have promised.

In second hand laptop market all the brands has average ratings you will hardly find any brand with 4+ ratings ( if user base is low, in that case you may find) .
What I feel they need to open few more store. I visited their store in bangalore twice and spent more than half an hour both the time but i didn’t see any other customers. I was the only one.
Do anyone know the sales breakup from online & offline mode.
