The biggest determinant of performance of small companies is their Management. Do we have a reasonable idea about management competence and integrity?

Boom before Bust – when does the bubble burst? (19-11-2015)
Markets all over the world are up after the release of Federal Reserve Minutes which almost ensured the December interest rate hike.
It appears as if markets have already factored in the December Fed rate hike. Also, the Fed assurance that the rate hike would be gradual over the years is a relief for the markets.
So, I understand that market won't be under serious trouble unless China comes out with an adverse economic step .

Plz. add more views and what you collected from Vishnu Chemical guys. I see important moves in the next few months, if they do the merger then there will be a jump in all aspects of B/s and PNL, so I am waiting for the joint company now and then the EV/EBITDA is also very good now.

Thomas Cook India-Will it move like Warren Buffet Stock (19-11-2015)
Unfortunately, things are never so simple or straightforward that all/a majority of investors will exit a stock based on some point about which there is no clarity. Thomas Cook may not exit Quess so easily and Mr Issac knows it well.
Disclosure: Invested for last one year. I regret that I overlooked disclosing my interest.

Zenith Fibre (19-11-2015)
Mailed management a week ago seeking information for utilization of surplus cash in balance sheet.
No response till date. No reply even after asking management on telephone to look into the subject.
Disc: Invested 3% of PF at below 100 levels a month ago but planning to exit now due to lack of clarity for growth drivers in future.
Torrent Pharma Ltd (19-11-2015)
My guess...it is all based on some excel formula. i am sure that a quick validation check is done with the management but any management tends to be positive, so far out into the future

Thomas Cook India-Will it move like Warren Buffet Stock (18-11-2015)
My 2 cents
- If this was part of the initial Quess deal and it was hidden from shareholders, exit Thomas cook
- If Isaac has arm twisted Thomas Cook to sign this deal later, thomas cook should exit Quess.
Either way, something has to give
Disclosure : not invested.
