Prashant Jain’s HDFC Mutual Fund has bought 25.40 lakh shares of Pricol through open market route. The shares were purchased on an average price of Rs 39 valuing the transaction to Rs 9.91 crore. On the other hand, Precot Meridian has sold 26.72 lakh shares of the company for an average price of Rs 39.01 through open market route.
Pricol is engaged in the manufacture and export of a complete range of automotive components starting from instrument clusters, dashboard meters, fuel sensors, oil pressure switches, speedometer drive cables, fuel cut off valve, filter suction, etc.
