BBTC buy or pass @1275

BBTC owns Britannia 50% means 26000 market cap + 14% bombay dying but BBTC is at 8000 market cap so should I buy it?

I am confused because stock has already surged 8 times so is it still worth?

Britania total market cap is Rs. 52000 Cr.
Bombay Dyeing total market cap is Rs. 3640 Cr.

in the how much BBTC holding value clearly mention sir ?
it will reflect original value of company

so it is a good stock ..... my question is if BBTC having holding in Britania 50.8 % ???
if it is true it is worth buying ...but my question is in my data source from my stock broker showing
Foreign Promoter having 50.70 % stake in Britania ????

so it is very vital point to find Britania stake exactly ???

 

Sir Britannia is partially owned subsidiary with non controlling interest
Sir on 260 page exact amount of shares also mentioned (268198 lakh rupees worth)
