dear all, i need your advice on following stocks..

Styrolution ABS
Essel Propack
Take Solutions

All stocks are known stocks except vishnu chemical. What is story of this stock. How you found it? HCC is also good stock in construction / infrastructure space but check debt level. Such stocks take project work at small margins and in trouble if debt is high. Also check sadbhav engineering and KNR in same space

Any thoughts on SML Isuzu? Looks good for long term holding.

I am not convinced on the rural theme story atleast for tractors. There are many players and very limited time period for sales in a year.

SML isuzu is good for long term .

 

100% agreed it is great compounding stock. It is flat in one year but increase in CV segment is good sign for it. Management is of Mahindra which is good management. Co is debt free almost. ROE is also decent for stock but PE is high at 32x based on TTM EPS. So run up in stock price may not be there but is good compounding stock. In CV space number of other stocks are like there Jamna Auto and Ashok Leyand will benefit from CV demand. Even Tata Motor DVR is there in CV and luxury (JLR) space. Stock is down due to Brexit but pick up can be there because of strong product and good management quality.

 

Also you can look at CV NBFC stocks like Shriram Transport and Chola which are very high quality stocks good for compounding gains. Even IndusInd Bank has good share of CV loan business.
