Can i buy coal india now at this price

Coal india has down by more than 20%. What is the reason. Can i now buy the stock

 

Risk reward is very good for stock. Also heavy dividend is there. Stock is blue chip PSU stock. You can buy for good return but will have to wait for 2 years because coal demand is less now.

 

Thanks..It seems that after monsoon it will show some bounce back

 

Alternatively you can also consider MOIL which is also a commodity PSU. Manganese is a very important raw material in steel production .Manganese consumption is directly related to steel consumption. Steel sector is slowly coming out of the woods.Moil has posted very good nos in FY 2017.However its dividend yield is just 3%.

 

I agree Coal India & MOIL are good picks and How about buying Hindustan Zinc 250/- ?
