Another gud stock pick by Rj . recently Rekha jhunjhunwala also bought and followed by some fund also. Single listed compny in its field . casino and hotels .

 

It seems it's a over priced stock, isn't it.

No. I think it is likely to cross 100 in near future (soon after market rebounces probably after 17th September 2015). If markets don't rebound after 17th September, they may rebound after RBI policy.

In my view " Delta Corp " is very expensive stock ..... fundamentals are very weak ....
i have studied that chart , in my view a big results explode " positive or negative " is waiting in future heavy fluctuations ..... in my view present price is at Rs. 74 /- , in future if it cross Rs. 86 /- it may go to 100 to 105 Rs. Levels , but if stock break down Rs .63 /- , it may go down to Rs.50 /- Levels ....

1.contingent liabilities are very high Rs . 297 crores
2.Heavy Debt Rs. 111 Cr.
3.Company has low interest coverage ratio.
4.Company has a low returns in last 3 years
5.face value is Rs.1
6.company PE Ratio is very high 58
