Mega caps are usually household names with strong brand recognition and global operations, such as Exxon Mobil, Apple, Microsoft, Nestle and IBM. In Indian pharma space mega caps are sun pharma, lupin,dr reddy, aurobindo pharma etc 2)Lincoln pharmas products - products comprise alkylisers, analgesics, anti-asthmatics, anti-bacterial, anthelminthic, anti-infective, anti-protozoal, anti-amoebic, anti psychotics, anti-tubercular’s, antiulcerants, anti-allergics, antidiabetic, antidiarrheal, antifungal, antimalarial, antiemetic, anti-nauseate, antitussives/expectorants, and mucolytics. The company’s product line also includes bone disorders, cardiovascular drugs, electrolytes, fertility agents, hemostats, iron preparations, laxatives, sedatives and tranquilizers, tonics and vitamins, and topical steroids. Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Limited offers its products in various dosage forms comprising tablets, capsules, injectable, syrups, and ointments. It also exports its products to Africa, south East Asia, and Latin American countries. 3) Lincoln has very good R & D center and they are continuously trying to come up with new products . the latest one is innovative cough syrup.(details of this are posted in my older posts) 4) Relative valuations - Lincoln pharma at CMP of 288 rs on Jan 7th 2016 is still undervalued compared to its peers. lower the PE and lower the PB stock is undervalued. below table shows comparison with few well known peers company ----PE----PB Lincoln pharma---- 28.9----3.8 sun pharma----43.2----7 lupin----37.9----8 ajanta pharma----33----12 natco pharma----77----11.8 ortin labs----52----2.3 mangalam drugs---- 27.1---- 8.6 capline point----41----18 suven life sciences----34.7----5.5 5) In last quarter FIIs have increased their stake from 0 to 0.92% we need to check for this quarters SHP which will be published soon 6) In short/medium term stock might see 400 to 450 plus mark as many investors are now discovering lincoln pharma after MOFS call. Please do your own analysis before investing. as you alone responsible for your profit /loss.
