In ABRFSL, promoters reduced its share capital from 72 to 59%. In 2015-16 posted loss of Rs.100 Crores. Promoters pledged 21% of shares. What is good about except name of "Aditya Birla" . Wait for right time to invest in a right stock. In my opinion Market is ready to fall down in next one month, hence not the right time to invest. market will give many opportunities.
