Micro Finance and HFC - What the future

Hi ..I have loads of Gruh, Repco and Ujjivan. In last few days all these stocks have got a beating leaving one wondering whats the future of these stocks. I spoke to couple of friends in BFSI, MicroFin industry, and most of them say its too early to judge. While new business is not impacted, the collections have surely taken a hit.

Share your thoughts plz.

 

l also have big lot of NBFC like BF, DHFL and CAPF which are badly down due to demonetisation rule. Huge loss is there. Hope it is temporary situation only and all normal once new notes are there in system.

 

If business model with future potential picture is intact, there should be no worry.

I feel Gruh and REPCO should not have any issues, since the receivables are through NEFT or PDCs. Due to this demonitisation, Ujjivan might have some problem in their micro finance debt collection, since most of the receivables are in cash transaction.
