of BV of Investment of Rs.60Cr, BV Rs.35.84 Cr. is for Quoted Investment, whoes mv is Rs.14.29Cr resulting into diminution in value of Rs.21.55 Cr. It may be value buy, if its subsidiary and cos in which they had invested are having value!!!!!
