hi friends m new here and its my first post soo plz review my portfolio and all the suggestions are more then welcome. i am attaching an image of my portfolio.

 

Hi, You did not mention how long you are invested and your future goals for this investment. However I see that your portfolio is doing good. You are invested into only Equity based funds. It is better to have some hybrid and debt funds in your portfolio. Just a suggestion.

 

You have invested in good funds. I can notice ELSS and Tax advantage funds which will help you in tax saving. However, I will also advice to invest in some mid & small cap funds as other funds in your portfolio are mostly blue chips or long term funds. I hope this is helpful.

 

i am planning for at least 10 years from now and my risk apatite is good, or is there a need to review it as i have no knowledge at all.
plz mention specific funds with % to be invested in specific funds.

 

Hi, You have good funds. Best funds for 2017 are HDFC Balanced Growth Fund, ICICI Value Discovery Fund, SBI Blue Chip Fund, L&T India value fund. HDFC short term opportunities fund is a good debt fund to park your money for short term.

 

I too am looking for an investment portfolio help. I have some good options for investment including Balance Advantage funds but making decision is not easy being my first time. Can anyone share some tips for evaluating and creating risk profile? HDFC Balanced Growth Fund, suggested in this post looks good!
