Low price stocks

Frnds indowind energy and ramsarup ind. Both r looking gud . hdfc recently bought 8lakh shares in ramsarup ind. It's locked in lower circit may b today or tomorrow it open n continue go upward in upper circit. In case of indowind energy promoters r continues buying from market. It's looks superb bullish on charts. Just my view.

Indowind in my view going to blast and can give quick gains. Promoters r buying continues. In just last two days they buy 19000and 24000shares from market..

 

Again in indowind promoters r buying stocks even at circit. It shows he confidence of promoters in company. I guess it will b stick to upper circit. Trgt would b six plus

sorry to say against your views dont think other wise ....
Ramsarup ind ( Rs. 1.85 ) is a shrinking ship ...
my reasons are 2010 onwards company showing poor performance
and promotors increased their debt levels rapidly and now they can not generate interest also

because company is in lose - 42.33 Cr. in 2016 march

march 2014 company paid rs. 455.72 cr. interest on Rs. 2010 cr. Total debt

march 2015 company paid Rs. 123.68 Cr. interest on Rs. 2049 Cr. Total debt

in above mentioned debt and interest variations , debt increased and interest paid is nearly 1/3 of previous year interest paid is big big ?????

and another interesting point is in march 2016 company paid Rs. 0.13 cr.
but company debt is Rs. 2049 Cr.
it reflects company not even paying annual interest also ...
and company showing Rs. - 42.33 cr. lose in 2016 march

57 % percent of promoter 's stake is in pledge ...

June 2017 quarter result company showed Rs. - 166.03 cr. loss is mid blowing
all reserves are evaporated , now company how can repay their debt Rs. 2049 cr. ????

and promoter reduced their stake also
promoter pledge nearly 80 L shares and they are not even repay and release their pledge at this market price also and even 1.85 Rs. stock price level also they are not interested ....

it is showing it is not good stock to buy at current situations ....
it may went up with other reasons , but surely it is a useless company based on fundamentals

previous post vineet sir said indow wind promoters bought 24000 share ... its total value is 48000 Rs.
only ... it will not impact on stock price .....

Btw can you clarify what's the relevance commenting after over 15months since the initial posts.

Surely with your stock market expertise, you should have realised many of @vineet recommendations are opportunistic

Anyways an investment in indowind back in August 2016 (when Vineet posted) would have given you over 250% returns.

 

Sir I respect ur research but point here is that when v talk about indowind it was trade at 5rs and recently it made 52 week high of 10.45.
