Eros Int worth at CMP

Eros is crashed almost 50% from its high..is it worth at cmp..??

 

For shorting!? yes. I myself bought some shares at 440 odd levels before I heard the accounting issues with them . Have stopped buying more as I bought only 20% of what I wanted to buy. I think its a falling knife. Many big players are offloading their stakes so it is going to face some serious downside in the days to come.

 

closed 15% lower on NYSE on Friday, expect another lower circuit tomorrow
looks like a corporate governance issue, bought at ₹380 and already at a ₹100 loss per share

even though the management has cleared about accounting issues to research houses and they retain a buy call, stay away till results and further clarity

Nov 2 - circuit limit lowered to 10%

 

it is approaching to its real valuation ,which is RS 120-130/ do not enter at this level .wait and watch till it is nearer to its real value .//

 

As an investment proposition, it does not fit in because we don't know the extent of damage yet. As a trading proposition, it may make sense because there could be a pull back after the savage fall. However, there must be a strict stop loss.
