alembic ltd....is it worth investment

today an analyst recommended alembic ltd on ET NOW. searched the details of company. it has 5.5 crores shares of alembic pharma worth 3800 crores and 6.1 lack shares of paushak ltd worth 55 crores.iIn addition it has a real estate business with three projects ,two at vadodra and one at banglore.It is debt free.Market value of co as on date is 1320 crores .Not much detais are available on on company's web site. Could not lay hand on annual report of the company. At the face value seems to be good investment. suggestion are welcome. Any info on real estate business, its funding , debt etc
