How do you screen a stock?

What usually remains the flow of your stock screening habits?

Mine is :-

Zero or low debt
Rising Q/Q sales
High ROE
Positive Cash from operations.
Promoter Holding / Quality

 

If the company is already established or if its in profit then even the dividend payout can be a nice factor.I know the dividends don't play that important of a role but usually the markets prefer the companies who have a nice and healthy dividend payout track record. Those are seen as shareholder friendly company with good management.
