Motherson Sumi vs Minda Ind

Hello

I have 2 stocks in My PF as the title says. Now I want to decide on what to assign a higher weight.
Motherson Sumi has grown well and management is very reliable. However Minda Ind which I had bought pre split has given me far higher returns than MSUMI.

Minda being a mid/small cap can grow big and I would like to invite your views on the weightage to each stock and which would you prefer.
