Hmmm ... I am not sure it is possible to time the stock purchases that way. If you are looking to trade in stocks, then there is a method by which you can gauge the levels of "support" and "resistance" of a stock and time your purchase and sales. However, this requires a high level of technical expertise which few people possess in reality. On the other hand, if you are looking to invest in the stock, then the best way (if you are convinced about the fundamentals of the stock) is to invest slowly and steadily over a period of time.
