The company key performance Indicators are looking Fantastic... But why it is languishing with this poor valuation.... Any reasons...

 

I am also slightly confused. Co has high ROCE and RONW. Maybe fact of three subsidiaries is creating doubt? One is 100% (M/s Shilpi Worldwide DMCC, UAE) and two are step down (M/s Shilpi Worldwide PTE Ltd, Singapore and M/s Winston Metal FZE (WM FZE), UAE). Debt:Equity is OK at 0.79 but share pledge of promoters is very high at 78.25%. I think there is perception problem with fundamentals of Co. Stock is dirt cheap at 3.55 PE

 

Yes. Even a very conservative calculation can give a Fair value of Rs100

I usually make a small entry and ramp up on th way up and never average on the way down .... Similar case with shilpi ... Now I have booked the profit and kept the profit with the stock and waiting another trigger or correction to add more
