   In falling market it's a stable stock. Not showing any sign of falling and consolidate at cmp. I guess 10%return it give anytime. Demand is thr just people waiting it to go little up

   I think problem is there in fundamental business of toll because of odd-even and politicians protest about toll. Stock is stagnant for years.
