    ITC's value unlocking of the Hotel business is a welcome move. There will be sharper re-rating if other FMCG & IT Services are also demerged. Net profit growth has turned the corner. Earnings CAGR likely to be ~12%. Valuation is inexpensive. Return ratios are 30%. Dividend yield is 3.5-4%
