Balaji Telefilms

Any advice on Balaji Telefilms? I had bought 25K shares at Rs.126.

 

So many stocks you bought on such huge investment. Sorry to see stocks is down. Fundamentals of stock are good. Management is good. It is debt free. If one or two movies become hits stock will shoot up. One big serial movie is on planning stage. Better to keep patience in stock instead of booking loss at this stage IMHO.

This is big problem of film stocks because like Eros, PVR fate depends on success of films and serials in BO.

What other stocks you have in portfolio? In media space you have any other stocks like TV Today? it is also at reasonable valuation now IMHO.

 

Thanks Srouta. Other than Balaji Telefilms, I only have B.A.G films from media space. Rest of the stocks are all from different sectors. I know I should not have made such a huge investment in this stock, but I realized it now. I will hold for now, hopefully, keeping fingers crossed.

 

Hi r_18_27, there is no need to worry, big guys like Ragul Sarogi of Atyant Capital, Vanderbilt University, Gopikishan S Damani have bets in this stock, they bought @140 in preferential issue. Have patience and wait, u will be handsomely rewarded.

 

Agreed. Stock has good fundamentals. It may be like Netflix multibagger

 

The stock may be added around 90-92 for long term
