Buy low on Garware Polyester now

Garware Polyester closed at 640 today. After a rise in the shares, BSE reduced upper and lower circuits from 20% last week to 5% by Tuesday. Margins have increased to 100%. Looks like the volumes will stay subdued and buyers will pick up the shares at low prices. Eventually, the share price is bound to rise again. My view is to invest in Garware shares and buy it at every low now.
