Pre IPO Shares

Anyone can guide for the Pre IPO Shares? Should we invest in?

 

What is meaning of "Pre IPO"? You mean Grey market then it is very dangerous. It is like Dabba trading which is not legal under the law.

If you mean IPO then it depends on issue and quality of company, management and offer price of IPO. If IPO is like D-Mart you must make many application because if you get even one it is like lottery ticket

 

Thanks for the reply Srouta. We got an offer to purchase shares of well known companies like ICICI Lombard, Bharti Telecom etc. The shares are coming in Demat and it's called Offline Trading. And we can sell the shares after one year of the listing. Just wondering if any one can guide on that...
