Will that change the Cost of Accquisition/ Purchase price (for tax purpose) of Anant Raj Limited ? What will be the Cost of Accquisition/ Purchase price (for tax purpose) of Anant Raj Limited and Anant Raj Global ?

Similarly, earlier Amalgamation/ Demerger of KPIT, Share holder of KPIT Tech were alloted Shares of Birla Soft in the ratio of 1:1

Will that change the Cost of Accquisition/ Purchase price (for tax purpose) of KPIT Tech ? What will be the Cost of Accquisition/ Purchase price (for tax purpose) of KPIT Tech and Birla Soft ?
