DCB BANK

Dear Frieds,

I would like to get your view on DCB BANK. please post.

 

DCB Bank is long term secular growth story and is a portfolio stock.

 

Its a good story to hold, need to be watchful on how the NPA is kept in check. Lots going on favor at the moment, so I would recommend holding it.

Disc: Invested at ~100 levels so my views may be biased.

DCB banks fundamentals seems good. The gross NPA is around 1.59%, which is okay. The only cons are that the company has a low return on equity of 12.28% for last 3 years. Also though the company is reporting repeated profits, it is not paying out dividend.
