Genus Power Infra into solar panels?

Is Genus Innovations Ltd (that deals with solar panels) a subsidiary of Genus Power infra? I am trying to understand if Genus Power Infra can benefit from the future solar panel technology.

face value is not important if other fundamentals are creating value it is a good value stock , otherwise it is over valued stock

 

Sir,I meant to point out that the scrip at Rs 41 is overvalued as compared to its peers.

i always mentioned this in my posts , it is not only related to face value Rs. 1 is indeed sir
always look other fundamentals , dont depend up on only news or one fundamental value

 

some of the promoters stake is in pledge in that company
