India has 1.3 billion domestic consumers and GDP growth at 7% plus will result into lot of consumer discretionary spending. Seventh pay commission along with state pay commissions and hike in minimum wage will result into lot of spending in this sector. What are members preferred choice (non auto) for long term secular stories for three years and more.

With improving AC power efficiency(crucial) and accessibility - companies involved with AC manufacturing will benefit. Indian weather is custom designed for ACs(lol) and combine this with the current meagre penetration of ACs - both Voltas and BlueStar will be a multibagger in 5-10 years time. I don't just think - I know this! I am going to tell my grandchildren what a great visionary I was by predicting this :p

I am invested in both Voltas and Bluestar and also have continuing sips. I want the monies :D

Recently Lloyd has me intrigued. Lloyd is smaller but the Lloyd brand is growing faster than the other two. They also have better tech know-how of the AC industry and make almost all parts of it themselves. I also feel there is little more risk associated with it.

have a liking towards FCEL and also is in consolidation mode since last 9 months or so. But looking from long term point of view looks a very safe bet.

Lloyds is the most attractive consumer play.. invested for a long term.. as for the debt.. There could be options like QIP.. There could me many things that could lead to value unlocking..
