Dolly Khanna's two micro-cap stocks give multibagger returns in defiance of the Bearish sentiments

    Dolly Khanna's stocks are known to have a mind of their own. They are not concerned with what the rest of the market is doing but keep surging on their upward trajectory.

    Tinna Rubber, an unknown nano-cap with a market capitalisation of only Rs 272 crore is up a mind-boggling 414% on a YoY basis and 1072% over a period of five years.

    According to ZEE Business, the company is the largest integrated waste tyre recycler in India and among the global leaders in the manufacturing of recycled rubber materials, with manufacturing facilities spread across India. It converts waste tyres into medicine droppers, conveyor belts, roads, sports turf, gym tiles, rubber mats and new tyres. It has a huge list of clienteles including Mahindra, Tata, CEAT, ONGC, and MRF among others.

    The business is very profitable. The company’s profit during the March quarter jumped more than three times to Rs 4.7 crore as compared to 1.07 crore during the same quarter a year ago, while its revenue surged over 42 per cent to Rs 64 crore in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2021-22 as against Rs 45 crore in Q4FY21, as per ZEE.

    Dolly Khanna bought a treasure trove of 1.7 per cent in Tinna Rubber during the December 2021 quarter. She booked profit by selling around 0.1 per cent and currently holds 1.6 per cent, which amounts to 137,057 equity shares.

    The stock offers a dividend yield of 1.26%.

    Ajanta Soya is yet another gorgeous winner in Dolly Khanna's portfolio. This company is also a micro-cap with a market capitalisation o Rs. 395 crore. The company is a producer of Vanaspati and cooking oil and bakery ingredients such as biscuits, puffs, pastries etc. It has a dominant presence in the market with well-known brands such as Dhruv, Anchal, and PARV.

    Ajanta Soya is up 120% over the past 12 months.

    Dolly Khanna has increased her stake by 0.4% stake in Ajanta Soya in the March 2022 quarter. She holds 234,666 shares to the tune of 1.5% stake of the edible oil company.
