Indian realty sector is going under price correction,then it will go for time correction.As flow of Black Money has been chocked by Modi govt by surveillance ,investers are not investing in black money ,returns has also been negative off late.Modi govt has also stoped Black money generation by stopping leakages by direct cash subsidy transfer.More over leaders of balck money generaters are stuck in various scam cases,so their huge money is unactive for fear of detection.Small time followers of these black sheeps are also demoralised due to this situation.Actual end use buyers find price too high and finding it difficult to buy due to job market in doldrums.Even good stocks of this sector may underperform.I think sector may not perform till we see final deep correction in property prices by 30% or more.After that many of players of this sector will be knocked out.Only after that you will see a steady recovery and growth led by those players who has white money model in their deals.
