    I have purchased 200 shares of mandhana industries recently at Rs. 71 and want to accumulate More. Is it a safe buy.

    it will demerge its retail business into resulting company, Mandhana Retail Ventures Ltd, and all the current and future retail operations of Mandhana Industries will be carried out in the resulting company. So forget about its previous record.
