    3 year growth numbers are great, currently at pe of 8 ttm. But down more than 50% from peak. What's the catch?

    You are right. It is quite surprising. The Q4 results were average but the stock appears to have been disproportionately punished. Investors appear to have lost confidence in the stock. The spate of acquisitions and write-downs has been a bad strategy. In the last three months, the stock is down in excess of 50%. On a YOY basis, it is down 37%. I think everyone is waiting to see what the future quarterly results will be before taking any action.
