Best compounding stocks ... Share your compounder along with your views

Please mention the stock and growth driver ..!

 

I think all the blue chips will qualify as compounding stocks. HDFC Bank, Asian Paints and Sun Pharma are the best in this regard. The growth drivers are the strong quality of management, strong product line and huge demand across the Country. These are ideal stocks for buy and forget investors.

 

All the three which you have mentioned are great stocks ... Among the three, sun pharma can give huge returns I think once it settles down all the usfda problems with its halol plant and ranbaxy plants...

 

However, young people are not willing to buy such stocks on the basis that they are too well discovered and much gains are not there in them. I think investors do not have much patience to wait for several years for compounding effect to kick in. They prefer stocks on unknown companies which will become "multi-baggers" overnight. I think it is a big mistake that they are making.

 

We can allocate 10% of our portfolio to micro caps and small caps but after proper due diligence ..!

Yes. Pl give explanation for each stock to become multibagger stock. LUPIN is already a multibagger large cap stock. Does it have scope even now? Camlin is covered by arjun in article on main site. NIIT is stock of Vijay Kedia and Porinju and is new age stock. Wonderla is covered by nice article in Karvy and Angel. What about Intellect Design? Pl explain.
