How to identify bull market and bear market?

What are the signs?

Lower lows and lower highs means bear market.
Higher High and higher lows means bull market.

In Bull market all stocks are going up and it is vice versa in Bear market. In Bull market even dabba stock with no fundamental go up. In Bear even good stocks go down even after good earnings and good fundamentals. Investor who buys in Bear market always makes huge money.

In technical terms if dip in Index level is more than 20% there is supposed to be start of Bear market.

We are now in Bull market. Hope it continues like this for ever
