Will DB realty rise up to its book value

    I am looking for a multi bagger in the real estate space and the biggest opportunity that comes to my mind is DB Realty
    Keeping in mind the new FSI regulations and looking at the ongoing projects of DB realty in the same zones as Indiabulls Real Estate
    My big question is will DB Realty multiply from current prices to realistic levels of around its book value ?
