Proposal to tax unsold inventory is minimum , Govt should form spl courts for trial of Builders

Builders across India have looted several lakh Crores of public money by not delivering projects or delivering late with no compensation or delivering defective apartments and this is Biggest of Scams of India till date. RERA and taxing unsold inventory is just Eye Wash, Govt should form special courts for trail of Builders who has looted lakhs of Crores of Public money with active support of politicians. If Modi Govt want to prove that it is not in hand in glove with Corrupt Builders, it must do something serious to deal with issue otherwise Modi may lose 2019 Election on only this single issue . If Modi Govt want to finish Black money, it should enquire income and investment of all builders to unearth Black money. To clean Indian system, Real Estate sector needs to be cleaned first. Swach Bhart can not be achieved without making this sector Clean .Strong Public Opinion on this issue at all form of discussions is need of the hour to achieve this so that Govt can be pressurised to act.
