RPP Infra Projects Ltd has signed a definitive agreement with HUNAN Construction Engineering Group Corporation for infrastructure projects in India.

A Joint Venture has been formed with HUNAN, one of the largest state-owned companies in China, to collaborate under the name of HUNAN-RPP JV.

HUNAN will act as a lead partner of the JV to make all necessary statement on behalf of JV.
RPP Infra Projects has entered into a consortium agreement with Siemens, India for submitting a joint bid to Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB) in respect of design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 400 KV, 230 KV and 132 KV substations on turnkey basis and also to entirely and completely execute and perform the contract concluded between PGCB and consortium and also to comply with all the relative provisions as set out in the bidding documents of the project. The said consortium would operate under the name of consortium of ‘Siemens and RPP Infra Projects, India’. Siemens will be the partner in charge of the consortium.

RPP Infra Projects is engaged in business of infrastructure development such as highway, roads, bridges, civil construction works/ irrigation & water supply projects & power plants

R.P.P Infra Projects Limited announced that it has bagged order from Container Corporation of India Ltd. for INR 112 million.R.P.P. Infra Projects Limited announced that it bagged an order from Karnataka State Police Housing & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. worth INR 309 million for the construction of 160 Nos. PC Qtrs, 48 PC Qtrs in Mangalore and 112 PC Qtrs. In Dakshina Kannada District under Police Gruha 2020 Scheme. The said work is to be completed within 20 months.


EPS stands at 5.51 for the nine months ended Dec 2015 while EPS for March 2015 stood at 7.64
