   I think Sonata Software has a lot of good things going for it. It has been consistently reporting good results. The Q3FY15 results were also good. It is virtually debt-free. It offers a dividend yield of 2.5%, which is good and offers downside protection. It is also quoting at reasonable valuations. Goldman Sachs Fund has recently bought 27 lakh shares at Rs. 175 each.
