Smart strategies for investment with Low Risk and High Gain

Hey Guys,

This thread is to discuss on smart ways of doing investment with low risk and high gain.

Such strategies could be -

- Buy low sell high
- Buy high sell higher
- Buy with compounding principles in mind
- Buy and hold for very long or forever
- Buy extremely beaten stock etc

I don't think, the point - Buy extremely beaten stock is right. But I had seen few friends following this strategy.

 

I think it depends. Extreme beaten down stock doesn't mean that if stock has come down from 100 to 5, it has become cheap. But yes if it has come down to 5 and its fair value is much much higher then it could be jack pot type of strategy.
